At K & M Residential, we started as a contracting company focused on Kitchen and Bath Remodeling, an area where we feel you get the most out of your investment for increasing your property value and overall aesthetics of your home. These two areas of the home are what most buyers will focus on if you plan to sell your home, and the areas of your home you and your guests will enjoy most when they are updated with modern amenities. 

We believe that many contractors in our line of work eventually get pulled into new home builds and larger, more profitable projects. This has left a void in the market making it difficult for homeowners to find a contractor who is willing to take on the smaller projects from general maintenance and repair to outdoor space improvements and even larger kitchen and bath remodel projects. Our focus is to fill this void in the market and provide prompt response times by not getting bogged down with the larger new construction type of projects.
